Residents head outdoors to enjoy warm weather

Unusually warm weather in the Northeast has many in Westchester heading outdoors to celebrate Columbus Day.

Residents in Yonkers say with temperatures hitting the 80s, they can't believe it is actually October.

Fishermen were out on the water, hoping to get the last big catch before it gets too cold to be outside. Some families also enjoyed a bike ride on the South County Trail in Hastings.

Those who didn't have to go to work today say the beautiful and warm weather couldn't have come at a better time.
