Town supervisor accused of driving drunk pleads guilty to charges
Lewisboro Town Supervisor Charles Duffy pleaded guilty yesterday to charges in connection to his arrest for allegedly driving drunk.
In August, Duffy was pulled over on Route 123 after being spotted driving recklessly.
The judge dropped the major charges and forced Duffy to pay a $300 fine.
Duffy is up for re-election in November.
