Friedlander home has been up for sale for months

The Friedlander's upscale Cross River home where the triple murder-suicide occurred has been up for sale because the couple was going through a divorce.

The spacious four-bedroom home on 2 Lambert Ridge Road is a house most people can only dream of owning.

To many on the outside looking in, Sam and Amy Friedlander were living the American dream: two beautiful children and a small mansion. But the home is now a crime scene and sits eerily empty.

A home that was decorated with yellow flowers is now decorated with police tape and is the scene of the worst horror story in Westchester County in recent years.

The home has been taken off the market.
