WC's largest animal shelter running out of room

Westchester's largest animal shelter says it is quickly running out of room and is looking to find loving homes for its pets.Pets Alive in Elmsford took over the Elmsford Animal Shelter more than a year ago and made some big changes to make the animals happier.It says it has 170 cats currently and the first 50 adopted are free. There are more than 300 dogs also looking for a new home, however the shelter says the dog adoptions are not free.Pets Alive
