4th murder trial of Eastchester man goes to jury

For the fourth time, the fate of a Mount Vernon man accused in a double murder more than 15 years ago is in the hands of a jury.

Jurors today began deliberating the case of Selwyn Days, who is accused of stabbing Archie Harris and his home health aide to death in Eastchester in 1996. Days made a videotaped confession, but the defense claims it was coerced.
