Scarsdale fundraiser aids Lauren Spierer search

More than 100 participated in a fundraiser organized by the Scarsdale Synagogue to raise both money and awareness in the search for Edgemont native Lauren Spierer, whose family worships at the synagogue.

The group rode bikes and walked along the Bronx River Parkway in order to raise money to help in the search efforts for Lauren in Indiana. She was last seen June 3 in Bloomington, Ind. when she left Kilroy's Sports Bar after a night out partying with friends.

Meanwhile, Indiana police recently cited the bar for serving Lauren, who is not 21, the night she went missing, and it is now at risk of losing its liquor license over it.
