Pace Univ. student suing police after bar brawl shooting

A Pace University student is suing police over the shooting that killed fellow student Danroy Henry last October. Brandon Cox was shot during the same incident that left Henry dead outside Finnegan's Grill in Thornwood. Investigators say Henry, legally drunk at the time, was told to move his car after a bar brawl spilled into the parking lot. The presiding police officer says Henry hit the gas, knocking him onto the hood of the car and continued driving. The officer then fired into the car, killing Henry and hitting Cox in the passenger seat. Cox says that he tried to escape through the door, but was shot in the arm.
