Cortlandt Manor dad claims wife abducted son

A Cortlandt Manor father says he's beside himself after the mother of his 10-month-old son apparently took off with the baby, his birth certificate and thousands of dollars in cash.Domenick Perruccio says his wife, Leonora Evelyn Perruccio, ran away from their Cortlandt Manor home around noon yesterday with their young son, Anthony, in tow. He says she also withdrew $10,000 from their bank account.Family members say the boy?s mother suffers from post-partum depression. They describe her as "frazzled" and say they don't know what her intentions are.Perruccio says his wife left behind a note indicating she was headed for Chicago. However, he believes she may try to flee to her native Philippines.Police have put out an alert that will notify them if the mother tries to apply for a passport for the baby. Anyone with information is urged to contact state police.
