Family remembers Yonkers teen killed in water-skiing accident

? Family and friends of the Yonkers teen killed while water-skiing on Lake Lillinonah in Connecticut Saturday are grieving for their loss.

Police say 18-year-old Nicholette Murray was killed after the rope on her water-ski somehow got tangled in a boat propeller.

Murray was rushed to Danbury Hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.

Nicholette was one of three children in the Murray family and their only daughter. She graduated from Saunders High School last spring and her father says she planned on attending City College in the fall, with the hopes of becoming a physician?s assistant.

Family and friends spent Sunday visiting her parents and her brothers at their home.

Investigators are still trying to figure out how the line got tangled.
