Suspected gang member arrested in connection with Yonkers shooting

A suspected gang member is under arrest today in connection with the shooting of a 33-year-old man.

Terry Laws, 18, is accused of shooting the victim on Purser Place in Yonkers on July 30. Laws is also now being questioned by police in connection with the death of 15-year-old Steven Saez, who was shot the same day.

Police still don't know if there was more than one shooter involved. Yonkers detectives say they can't release the suspect's picture or any other information because the case is still ongoing.

The latest arrest comes after a major gang raid rounded up 63 other accused gang members earlier this week.
