Yonkers residents call for help reducing gang violence

Yonkers residents are calling for more to be done to reduce gang violence in their community.

The call comes after Yonkers police and the FBI arrested more than 60 people in a large-scale raid this week.

Residents are asking for more community involvement and programs to keep kids from joining gangs.

A group called Yonkers Peacekeepers is hitting the streets to try and talk to young people and provide mentoring to keep them out of gangs.
