Homeowners in New Rochelle dealing with heavy rains, flooding

Homeowners in New Rochelle are suffering the consequences of today's heavy rains as roads become impassable throughout the area.

For Alison Enis, who recently moved to New Rochelle six months ago, the flooding means she cannot leave her home.

She says she saw someone get their car stranded in deep water and required a tow truck to get her car out.
