Woman pleads not guilty in fatal I-95 wrong-way crash

A woman accused of drunken driving in a deadly wrong-way crash on I-95 entered a not guilty plea yesterday.

Tanisha Gomez is charged with manslaughter in the crash. According to police, Gomez drove drunk in the wrong direction for more than six miles before slamming head-on into another car. A passenger in that car was killed.

Gomez showed up at the New Rochelle City Court in a wheelchair.
