Investigators: NYPD officer from Yonkers may be a serial rapist

Investigators say the New York City police officer from Yonkers accused of raping a teacher in Manhattan may have struck more than once.

The officer in question, Michael Pena, was formally charged Wednesday with last week's alleged attack.

Investigators say Pena was drunk and off-duty last Friday morning when he approached the teacher, took her behind a building and raped her at gunpoint.

New York City Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly says his detectives are now looking at Pena in at least two other unsolved sex attacks.
