Family of dismembered BK boy suing murder suspect

The family of murdered Brooklyn boy Leiby Kletzky is filing a $200 million lawsuit against suspect Levi Aron and his father. Aron is accused of abducting, killing and dismembering the 8-year-old in July. Police say Aron kidnapped the boy off the street as he was walking home from summer camp.
