Hurricane Irene damage extends to Route 9

The fallout from Hurricane Irene is being felt in Cortlandt, with the storm causing a section of Route 9 to collapse and traffic becoming a problem for those that live nearby.

Residents say their once-quiet streets are being turned into a temporary highway.
