Congers couple welcomes baby girl during Irene

As Hurricane Irene hit the Hudson Valley, one Congers couple made a mad dash for the hospital just in time for a special delivery.

Christina and John Schilli say that had no choice but to drive to White Plains Hospital after she began to have contractions, just as Irene hit the area.

Schilli says he was scared about hydroplaning as he drove his pregnant wife to the hospital during a state of emergency.

As soon as Juliette Rose let out her first cry, nurses say the sun had finally begun to come out.
