Dozens of abandoned beagles reunite in New City

More than 100 beagles that narrowly escaped death a year ago reunited in New City.

Debbie Vobroucek, of Highland Mills, is the proud mom of ?Lucky.? They joined the other rescued beagles and their owners for the reunion celebration at Kennedy Dells Park where they enjoyed a picnic, swimming and some fun in the sun.
