Police: Levi Aron was at New Square wedding
Police now confirm the man accused of killing a Brooklyn boy went to a wedding at a New Square catering hall and may have brought the child with him.
Police and prosecutors say Levi Aron confessed to luring Leiby Kletzk to his home Monday, smothering the child and then chopping up his body when he learned a search was under way for the missing boy.
Aron pleaded not guilty yesterday to murder and kidnapping charges. At his arraignment, Aron's lawyer told the judge his client has had hallucinations and hears voices.
Investigators now say they found marks on Leiby's arms which suggest he may have been tied up. They also say Aron had scratches on his arms and wrists, a sign the boy may have tried to fight for his life.
The judge has ordered Aron undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
