Suspect indicted in killing of 8-year-old Brooklyn boy
? A grand jury has issued an eight-count indictment, including two counts of first-degree murder, against the man accused of abducting, killing and dismemberingan 8-year-old Brooklyn boy.
Prosecutors allege Levi Aron lured Leiby Kletzky to his home last week afterthe little boy got lost while walking home from a Brooklyn daycamp.
The medical examiner said earlier Wednesday that Leiby was givena combination of drugs before he was smothered.
Aron previously pleaded not guilty after he was arrested oncharges of murder and kidnapping. His attorney, Pierre Bazile, has asked the public to let the judicial process takeits course.
