Hudson Valley heat wave strenuous on kitchen workers

People were sweating it out across the Hudson Valley once again today and unfortunately it's only going to get hotter this week.

The heat wave is particularly difficult for people working in a sweltering kitchen. At Gianna's off North Broadway, where thin crust pizza is made using a brick oven, temperatures inside the oven can reach about 600 degrees.

Temperatures are expected to reach the century mark later this week in the Hudson Valley.
