New Square religious attack case delayed until Oct.
The case for a teenager accused of setting a father of four on fire in the Hasidic community of New Square has been pushed back.
Shaul Spitzer, 18, is accused of setting Aron Rottenberg on fire outside his home in May with a fire bomb.
Spitzer is charged with attempted murder, attempted assault and arson.
The judge granted the request by Spitzer?s defense attorney to adjourn the case until October so they have more time to prepare for trial.
