Judge to decide fate of dogs that killed terrier

A judge in Tarrytown will decide the fates of two dogs who viciously attacked and killed a Yorkshire Terrier who was out for a walk with his owner last week. Patricia Bucci says she has a hard time talking about her dog, Bones, after his death last week. Bucci says she was walking with Bones in her Tarrytown neighborhood when she suddenly noticed two dogs charging towards him, one of them a 95-pound pit bull. "The next thing I knew was my dog was like on the ground, and he had him pinned," Bucci said. "Bones was my whole life." A neighbor ran to Bucci and her dog's aide and rushed them to a veterinarian's office, but it was too late.
