New information expected on missing Edgemont student

There may be new information out today in the search for missing college student Lauren Spierer, of Edgemont.

A surveillance video of a suspicious car could be released as early as this afternoon. The video reportedly shows the vehicle circling near the spot where Spierer was last seen.

Police are also investigating whether Spierer may have been using cocaine the night she disappeared.

Investigators continue interviewing "persons of interest" in the case including friends and classmates.

Two of have already given investigators DNA samples.
