Audit: Porn found on Yorktown Highway superintendent's computer

A state audit has allegedly turned up dozens of pornographic images on Yorktown Highway Superintendent Eric DiBartolo's work computer.

According to a draft report of the audit, two-dozen pornographic images were found on DiBartolo's work computer. It also alleges that he had conflicts of interest over business contracts, which were given to family businesses.

DiBartolo's attorney, Amy Bellantoni, claims the investigation is politically motivated because her client is currently suing Town Supervisor Susan Seigel and the town for defamation. Siegel allegedly told town officials that DiBartolo was having an affair with one of his female employees.

The comptroller's office told News 12 Westchester that there is no indication that any criminal behavior has taken place, but would make no further comment.
