Searches to be scaled back for missing student in Indiana

Officials say that searches to locate Lauren Spierer, the Edgemont native who disappeared in Indiana nearly three weeks ago, will be scaled back.

Police say that there have been no new leads in her disappearance.

Investigators had originally singled out a white pick-up truck as suspicious, but later ruled it out.

Officials say they aren't sure if Spierer's disappearance was a random abduction or connected with a possible cocaine overdose or accident.
