In the Village of Ossining, some residents say they're facing thousands of dollars in damage to their homes after the latest storm. They say flooding is becoming all too common and want officials to do something about drainage problems. Mayor Bill Hanauer agrees the damage is the worst he's seen, but says that the drainage issue lies with the Town of Ossining because sewer lines are in that jurisdiction.
