Cop who shot Pace University player sues liquor store

The Pleasantville cop who fired the shots that killed a Pace University football player is suing a local liquor store for allegedly providing the underage student with alcohol. Officer Aaron Hess claims Briarcliff Wines and Liquors sold alcohol to Danroy Henry Jr. before the October events outside Finnegans Bar and Grill in Thornwood. An autopsy showed the college student?s blood alcohol level was above the legal limit. Hess was cleared of any wrongdoing. An attorney for Briarcliff Wines and Liquor says Hess has the wrong liquor store.
