Lawyer: Friend of missing student passed lie detector test

A friend of missing Westchester college student Lauren Spierer who was last seen with her the night she disappeared has passed a lie detector test, according to his attorney.

Jay Rosenbaum says he last saw Spierer walking toward her apartment at around 4:30 a.m. Rosenbaum's attorney says his client is cooperating with police.

Police say Spierer went missing on June 3, after a night of partying at Indiana University.

Investigators say they have no new leads in the case.
