Not guilty pleas in murders of Ben Novack, Jr., mother
Narcy Novack and her brother both entered not guilty pleas in White Plains federal court today, accused in connection with the murders of Novack's millionaire husband and his mother.
Federal prosecutors announced that they may bring additional charges and are looking to seek the death penalty for both suspects.
Narcy Novack, 54, is accused of having her elderly relative, Bernice Novack, murdered in April 2009, just three months before she allegedly did the same thing to her husband, Ben Novack, Jr., at the Rye Town Hilton.
Officials say Novack watched as her brother and two other men bound and beat her husband to death with dumbbells. The two other men charged in the death have since pleaded guilty.
Both suspects are expected to find out if they will face the death penalty when they appear back in court next month.
