Rockland DA talks Lawrence Taylor, sex slaves, HV drug bust

Rockland County District Attorney Tom Zugibe sat down with News 12 this morning and discussed a variety of topics, including the recent sentencing of Lawrence Taylor, a massive drug ring that was busted in Stony Point and allegations of labor trafficking.

Zugibe dismissed comments that Taylor's status as a sex offender will not change anything about the hall of famer's daily life.

Zugibe addressed recent allegations of labor trafficking in Rockland, in which a family is accused of using a woman from India as a sex slave and servant in their home.

Zugibe also discussed a recent drug sweep in Rockland that resulted in the arrest of 36 people in the Stony Point area, arrests that were made largely due to the use of electronic communication.
