Peter Fitzpatrick, 44, was killed when his motorcycle crashed into a minivan while riding on Veterans Memorial Drive in Pearl River.

"Fitzpatrick was an amazing teacher," says said Shadman Islam, a former student. "He loved his students very much, he made learning fun."
