Flooding causes road closures around the Hudson Valley

The storm that swept through the region Saturday night dumped torrential rains on the Hudson Valley, causing flooding and many road closures.

Five feet of water made the Bronx River Parkway look more river than road on Sunday, and the Saw Mill River Parkway was closed intermittently as well.

Police also closed many washed out roads in Elmsford.
