Indian Point officials hold drill

Officials at Indian Point Nuclear power plant held a routine security training drill using simulated weapons designed to sound like real gunfire.

The drill, which uses "laser bullets," is designed to prepare employees in case of a terrorist attack. Buchanan residents said they were relieved that Entergy, the owner of the plant, holds drills like these to keep them safe.

Entergy holds two drills like these a year. The next one is on April 28.
