Hundreds pack Yonkers church for Easter Mass

Hundreds of Westchester's faithful marked Easter Sunday yesterday by attending the service at St. John the Baptist Church in Yonkers.

Easter is the most sacred of all Christian holidays, as it is believed to be the day when Jesus rose from the dead after his crucifixion.

The rain let up today in time for children to hunt for Easter eggs after the service.
