Local group finds work for the disabled

It's been tough recently for people out of work to find jobs but it can be even harder for people living with disabilities.

A nonprofit group called Westchester Arc has helped hundreds of people in the region find work at local stores and at large corporations like Pepsico and IBM.

Twenty-two businesses received special awards, including Shop-Rite, which has nearly 40 people with disabilities employed at their nine Westchester stores.
