Manslaughter trial of sweat lodge guru in AZ begins

The manslaughter trial of self-described self-help guru James Arthur Ray began Tuesday in Arizona.

Ray is alleged to have recklessly caused the deaths of three people in Oct. 2009, including Kirby Brown, of Westtown, after the three succumbed to the high temperatures within the lodge.

Ray's attorneys say that the three people knew the risks and voluntarily took part in the ritual. They say that their deaths were an unforeseeable accident.
