HV parents, kids meet to 'stomp out' bullying

Kids and parents turned out to the Temple Israel in New Rochelle last night for the chance to share their stories and pose questions to a panel of anti-bullying experts in an effort to "stomp out" bullying in their community.

Last night's event is part of a national campaign to combat bullying called "STOMP Out Bullying" designed to bring parents, educators and kids together to find solutions to what many see as an epidemic of bullying. "It's heart-wrenching, thinking about a child going through such turmoil," said parent Susan Kelly, who attended last night's meeting.
