Westchester DA wants charges dropped against 4 Pace students

The Westchester County district attorney says she wants the criminal charges against four Pace University students arrested the night their classmate was killed by police in Thornwood to be dropped.

The football players, known as ?The Pace Four,? faced charges after they attempted to help Danroy Henry, who had been fatally shot outside a bar on Oct. 17.

District Attorney Janet DiFiore announced her decision saying, ?The convictions of [the] four defendants of misdemeanors and lesser offenses in this matter would not serve the ends of justice.?

A hearing has been scheduled for March 24, where it?s expected that a judge in Mount Pleasant will drop all the charges.
