Lawrence Hospital patients tested after hepatitis scare

Ten patients who were treated at Lawrence Hospital in Bronxville are now undergoing tests after being potentially exposed to several serious diseases.

The diseases that the patients might have been exposed to include Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and HIV. Hospital officials say they contacted all of the possibly affected patients by letter and have provided further training to their staff to reinforce patient safety.
