Westchester 'Smut List' pulled off Facebook

A Westchester "Smut List" targeting high school girls in Yonkers and across the county has now been pulled off of Facebook.

Students at Yonkers Middle-High School say about 100 girls' names from Yonkers, New Rochelle, Scarsdale, Eastchester, Rye, Harrison and Port Chester were published online with sexual comments.

One student has come forward saying he created the hurtful page. Sergio Siano told a Port Chester online talk show that he created the Facebook page, but didn't make the list. He also says he isn't apologizing.

Many people were behind adding names and comments, but officials say it doesn't appear that any laws have been broken.
