Teens arrested in Greenburgh party
Police say a wild party over the weekend led to 20 teens being led out of a Greenburgh house in handcuffs.
Authorities say they were called to 260 Old Kensico Road on Friday night and found 60 teenagers partying. One 17-year-old girl was so drunk she was throwing up and had to be rushed to the hospital, police say.
Police say the alleged host of the party, 16-year-old Victor Rojas, did more than just throw the party. He is also accused of biting one of the detectives who questioned him on the scene.
Rojas is charged with assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest and 25 counts of unlawfully dealing with a child for allegedly supplying alcohol at the party.
