Family, friends gather at wake for slain nurse

Friends and family gathered this afternoon to pay their respects to Tina Adovasio, the mother of four who was found dead in Yorktown last week.

The wake for the slain nurse was held at the Yorktown Funeral Home. Funeral services are scheduled for tomorrow morning at St. John the Evangelist Church in Mahopac.

Police say no arrests have been made after Adovasio was found strangled to death in the woods off the Taconic State Parkway last week. Her husband, Ed Coello, has been named a person of interest in the case.

Detectives say Coello has been uncooperative in the investigation.

Coello was not present at the service today.
