Many residents willing to live near Indian Point

Somers realtor Gerri Schwalb, of Keller Williams, says a lower cost of living in Buchanan has always trumped negative news about Indian Point.

Buchanan Mayor Sean Murray says plant owner Entergy covers a major chunk of the tax bill. He says the stable tax base helps all residents and keeps them in the neighborhood.
