Whirlwind election campaign nears the end in White Plains

A little more than a month after Adam Bradley resigned as mayor of White Plains, voters will head to the polls tomorrow to decide who will fill out the remainder of his term.

Bradley had resigned after being convicted of domestic abuse charges.

Three men are currently in the running. White Plains Common Council President and Interim Mayor Tom Roach (D-White Plains) is running with the Democratic nomination. Businessman Bob Hyland is running on the Republican ticket. Former Councilman Glen Hockley is running as an independent.

While the campaign was short, many say that they are looking forward to getting past all of the controversy caused by Bradley.
