Yesterday brought a full mix of winter weather, with snow turning to freezing rain, followed by regular rain that left huge puddles of snow melt across Hudson Valley streets and sidewalks. With below-freezing temperatures overnight, nearly all of those puddles turned into hardened patches of ice, and in some cases black ice.
While the latest round of winter weather is finally over, the Hudson Valley could be in for it again this weekend, with predictions of more snow for the region.
