Restroom relief reached for WC rail commuters

City officials in New Rochelle say that an agreement has been reached to provide some relief for rail commuters looking to relieve themselves.

Bathrooms at the New Rochelle Metro-North station had to be closed due to budget shortfalls, but officials say that an agreement has been reached between the MTA, Amtrak and the city where all three will contribute to the repair and take care of the new restrooms.

City officials say that they had previously had to bear the entire financial burden for the restrooms, which was something they simply couldn?t afford without help from the MTA or Amtrak.

New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson says that after receiving a multitude of complaints after closing the restrooms, he?s happy to have arrived at a solution.
