Morris Park shines bright during holiday season

The Morris Park Community Association has made the area brighter during the holiday season.

Strands of lights are illuminating the communities' streets through the help of local businesses that helped fund the project.

Over the past 35 years, the group has decorated Williamsbridge Road, Pelham Parkway, Morris Park Avenue and White Plains Road.

The cost of the lights was about $15,000. Each merchant that helped fund the project received a thank you poster to hang in their store.
