The NYPD is asking for the public's assistance in finding two men wanted in connection to two separate robberies in the borough.
Police say a man walked up to a 15-year-old male at the corner of Westchester and Elder avenues at around 3 p.m. on Oct. 24. They say the suspect brandished a knife, stole the teen's Michael Kors watch and Fendi belt, and then fled the scene.
The suspect, who was walking with a group of people at the time, is described as a Hispanic male between 17 and 19 years old and weighing about 200 to 230 pounds. He can be seen wearing a light gray Polo hooded sweatshirt and matching sweatpants, with tan and black basketball shoes.
Police say another man robbed a 37-year-old man who was walking near 172nd Street and St. Lawrence Avenue on Oct. 15. They say the suspect approached the victim and stole his necklace. No injuries were reported.
Anyone with information on either case is asked call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
