YONKERS - The latest poll numbers have some mixed news for Gov. Andrew Cuomo amid his campaign for re-election.

Cuomo's approval rating has hit an all-time low, down to 53 percent from 58 percent last month, according to the latest Wall Street Journal/NBC 4 New York/Marist poll.

However, the governor is still cruising over Republican Westchester Executive Rob Astorino  in the gubernatorial race. Cuomo leads him by a more than 30-point margin, of 54 percent to Astorino's 23 percent.

The poll results come as the Cuomo campaign seeks to get another challenger off the ballot. The campaign argued in court this week that that Zephyr Teachout has not been a state resident long enough to qualify. A judge is expected to deliver his decision before Monday afternoon.
